UNIQUE Private Villa One (just a few minutes’ drive west of Siem Reap’s town center, on Bakhen Road, Svay Dangkhum, Siem Reap City) are built to a modern western style. Situated in the private area of 2000 square meters, they have 4 family rooms (1 king bed size and one single bed in each room), swimming pool, boutique lounge surrounded with a very large green garden. All the rooms are very spacious, they have a flat screen smart TV (43”) showing international satellite channels. Full length twin layered curtains finish the internal decor. Of course all the usual coffee and tea making facilities, commentary fast wireless internet access, personal safety box, slippers & bathrobes are supplied. Also remote controlled air-conditioning units, full sized bath and separate walk-in rain shower provide that extra bit of comfort. The Villa One are good for private group of friend/family from 4 people to 12 people, if you have bigger group it is also possible to add one extra bed in each room. 
People have been surprised to learn that these western style villas were designed and built by Khmer companies. They are a testimony to the emergence of Khmer industries meeting world building standards.
